SOXMATICZ DROPPED THE MOTSWAKO BOOMBAP PROJECT AND A MUSIC VIDEO

My name is Soxmaticz a talented vernacular rapper I'm no stranger to the SA Hip Hop Game. I fell in love with hip hop at the tender age of 15 when I began writing my own lyrics and making my own music. As an expressive musician and creative artist. I've never held back in being true to myself. My conscious and thought provoking music is easy on the ears yet equally thought provoking. I make music for my people and that's how I connect with them.

Career Road Map: 2006/2007 I got invitation to perform at Slaghuis in Soweto and State Theatre in Pretoria.

2009: FIFA Confederations Performance and Jam Alley Show appearance.

2010: FIFA World Cup Performance and many other shows.

2012: South African Hip Hop Awards

2013: BACK TO THE CITY 10k Finalist and i got featured in different music magazines such as Hype mag and ISpeak HipHop Magazine.

2015: I performed at the biggest Hip Hop festival in Africa BTTC

2016: I won the best rap song category at the Matlosana Entertainment Music Awards

2017: I released a project called Motswako BoomBap

2018: Won Best music video category at North West University Film festival.

2019: Performed at 80s All White Party one of the biggest event in the North West Province held at Trimpark, Potchefstroom
I recorded my music at my friend’s house then later I bought myself a small equipment while sharing my music in different social media platforms to reach larger audiences and followers. That's when I was discovered by TV and other radio stations.
I made my first acting debut on Etv popular show Rhythm City. i was featured on a handful of shows since been exploring my acting career. I became resident emcee on Etv’s hip hop show called Shiz live
